No more money?

I am running out of money because I am spending all money on my sis expenses. She told me that she won’t be needing money any more as she has quits her job and she decided to become monk at temple. But she is asking me for money, I just gave her $50 as I do not have much money on hand.

She left her place for me and even her car I need to fix them up. Especially her home because I need to fix it before rent it out, so many things are ruined there. This is life and you can never escape from broken things and even love.
